OPEX= US$6/bbl
X-Rate= 0.88
Shares= 705mil (i.e. fully diluted)
Royalties & Tax= 50%
PE of 20
Lower Bound:
Current flow 2400 bopd net cvn
equates to ~80c
Upper Bound:
Current flow 4000 bopd net cvn
equates to ~130c
As stated earlier it's reserves that count, so will have to wait, but for now 80-90c look likely, $1 is possible, $1.30 is unlikely.
