As buyer, I wait.

As a seller, I have 3 years to sell different kind of assets including regulated infrastructure assets, Power Generation and transport assets. In the meantime, I have the connections to find a strategic partner who can inject some equity at a fair price. End of 2009, the economy begins to move forward, credit thaws and banks are seating on billions of dollars with a interest rates historically low, they need to lend money…more buyers begin to appear, assets begin to gain some value…then instead of having one buyer waiting for a better deal, I have 3 or 4 buyers biding for my assets while the interests I’m paying for my debt and my operational costs have decreased. June 2010, I have reduced my corporate debt; I have sold some assets over book value and have increased my equity. I have some liquidity, I re-instate dividends…the rest of the story is in my mind and I believe that sp 30 to 40c is cheap.

Just my thought, but I’m an eternal optimist…
