    thanks for sharing your observations.

    Wonder if we wii see a change in substantial shareholder notice shortly.

    I believe that IIF will do a capital raising shortly to strenghten their Balance Sheet.

    Once the capper has finished purchasing his shares the sp should move up.

    My opinions only .DYOR.
