I've only just reallized that Mr Francese has over 12 years experience in a regulatory and supervisory role with ASX.

He has been employed by the Company since 1 April 2003 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in June 2005
Surly he should be jumping up and down and ringing the ASX every 5 mins about the capping going on with this stock.
price capping is obvious even to me.
