Sharing your frustration here for sure blackburn44…& certainly take note of your concerns re potential T/O. I have to admit to that level of analysis being somewhat beyond me though & thus will leave it to those such as yourself. On noting your concern the other day however I did take the time to do some very basic number crunching in an effort to better understand Mr Lees' (Trust ?) position & came up with a current total stake of 37.31%…have I missed anything ?
FYI - Mr Lee has increased his holding by 24,789,369 shares between the Oct 2020 annual report (excerpt below) & this month. Any clues there?
(i) For the purposes of Corporations Act Regulation2M.3.03(1)-Item 18, Mr Lee does not have a disclosable shareholding. However,we note that for purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.2, Mr Lee has previously declared an indirect“relevant interest” in 406,860,492 ordinary shares in the Companythrough his association with Allied Group Limited, a substantial shareholder ofthe Company – refer ASX announcement dated 9 July 2020.
