Looks to me as if somebody wants to scare the crap out of the placement shareholders at a cent. They want to see if they panic and are willing to sell at a loss. Depends on how easily they panic not to make mention how dumb they are. Of course its a trap! Once those dumb arses have sold at a loss the SP will turn around and move higher.
