I could not agree with you more.

Management especially DP go around exagerating the value of this stock.We saw the stock get ramped last year. Management went promoting this stock with a 10 year gas price instead of a short term one. Currently the gas price is around $3.50 as opposed to the long term of over $6.50. So they were exagerating by more than 40%.

management then raised $24M at around $1.20/ share. They have gone and bought assets but are not bringing much revenue through the door. They will have to raise more funds soon which will further dillute shareholders further.

There are rumours that after DP has wrecked the company he is out there trying to find anyone who will merge with him.
