    BLR had $3.7M cash at 17/1/07.

    Enough to use for a while, to prove up resources and improve the share price.

    I am always concerned about capital raising but BLR will not be raising capital for a while.

    If BLR can do some good proving up, then hopefully BLR will be in a position to place with an institutional investor rather than at a big discount to shareholders.
