Chris Ellison let the cat out of the bag along time ago when he said that he wanted a strong partner for an export plant. I think he said this about January.
he also doesn’t want to go it alone.
I suspect those two happy bedfellows have a plan. And Gina will not want all the complications that go with having a partner like Strike.
