Go long guys. Go long. Am I missing something? MAD just raised capital to basically keep the company running because they can't afford to do it themselves from business revenue?

As for the "Deep Well Gushers". I've seen many presentations on MAD (some in person). I was contantly hearing that only one well could be a game changer. Problem is, the land MAD operate on has been drilled for a long, long time, and there are no "gushers" remaing. 2 years and not one gusher. Wake up people. Please.

This capital raise will make the minority of MAD employees and managment wealthy and share holders broke. IMO.
