Always, but always go to the back of the fridge, check dates etc.

Will not buy any fruit or vegies from a supermarket, always get them from growers markets. Second nature to me now.

My neighbour gave me a few bananas which he had grown, small and so tasty, absolutely delicious.

I think we have forgotten what fruit & vegies should taste like.

Don't mind paying more, but usually they are cheaper from the growers.

Have noticed a couple of times that a few cheese makers have had a stall at the markets, not cheap, but worth every cent.

All it requires is a little effort to get wonderful results.
