Link management should do an In Specie Transfer of PEXA holdings to current shareholders.
They won’t, management too greedy/dumb, take your pick.
The remaining business is actually generating pretty good revenues and should be valued by itself at current share price. Current takeover is bargain basement price and will effectively get business outside of PEXA minus superannuation admin for free.
Buyers for other parts are lining up already.
