Dye and Durham can just buy parts of the business minus the UK business. LNK can then do a capital return.
I think D&D will make an offer to buy the 43% Pexa holdings owned by Link plus the Retire Superannuation Solutions business.
The UK business is just too hard. I have written it off. But the BCM business is separate and we might just get the 13 cents that was a giveaway in the Scheme of Arrangement.
