Interesting they talked about another $500k of notes to be issued, but if they have not done so already then with the SP at 25 cents and the notes converting at 32 cents I doubt anyone is lining up for those.
And if they have been issued again the current share price (assuming the conversion is at the option of the holder - and I cannot find anywhere where that is disclosed) then PVL needs to find $250k (or $750k) in 5.5 months to repay them.
