Recently I am accmulating ILF because I believe this is last remaining dirt cheap REIT stock.

During course of buying, I have realized that somone is continuously sold-down.

In this regard IMO there are possible 3 reasons.
1. Impatient shareholders are jettisoning due to almost
all other stocks are moving up recently excluding this
2. Intentionally price down for the purpose of slow
accmulating or so
3. Something else hidden reason
