In same position as original poster - always wanted to buy org but haven't had a good chance yet. Great posts by people above. Thank you. Still looking to get in but won't be jumping in just yet and also haven't really done my research on this yet. Project in Gladstone seems to be the key though(oil I think will go up over time - just need a bit of economic recovery).
Can anyone comment on the makeup of the project team? Have they been cobbled together or are they experienced? Is the timeframe for commissioning considered agressive? Has org taken any shortcuts on the project that are likely to comeback and bite them? Is everything they are doing conventional or are there new technologies?
