The share price has fallen from $1.40 to $1.05 since the announcement.
We'll disregard the after close auction which was largely made up of wholesalers adjusting their positions for the delisting.

If we ignore the chart for now ( less reliable in these one off scenarios).

The period was always going to be controlled by the same groups that have manipulated the share price to their advantage in since 2007.

These groups don't think in days or weeks or months they think in mille-seconds and they would have been active right up to the bell.

As you might expect there were a couple of manufactured fluctuations by design and then a steady downward pressure to close so that the remaining shorts could cover for a small margin loss.

If you add to this the legitimate exit of institutions that are limited by their charter from exceeding overseas investment limits and the small investors that are genuinely not interested in following the stock to Singapore, then the price decrease was largely predictable.

The charts were useful in predicting the bottom because they highlight the point at which a large volume were bought on the last cycle.

It's is also noteworthy that announcements during this period would not have generated much of a result.

It has all been a bit predictable. What is not predictable is the SGX opening.
We can expect a more consistent share price with a reasonable open and over time a price that genuinely reflects the assets, the potential for growth into profitability and the ability of the company and the management to reach maturity without being overtaken by its debt load.
