re: price drop/fill up time.. Hi Bungy,
I can imagine one of the arguments RIO put forward would be that they need a "bank" of sites so that when one nears the end, they can start up another. ie, an orderly development. It would not be prudent to wait until the last moment to look for other sites.
The fact that the decision is taking so long also points to a plausible defence by RIO
As I said earlier, I hold CAZ, and expect/hope a decision un thier favour, but I will still consider all developments
