I can see the attraction of being a 100% owner - about 1 tcf gas and 250M barrels of oil and condensate (including Roc South).
And with plenty of upside to come.
However, notwithstanding the above positives - if I was a STO holder, I would consider it as too much risks - ie. carrying 100%.
At the moment, STO is still loaded with too much debt, so they will want to take every opportunity to clean up their balance sheet, rather than add debts to their balance sheet.
Of course, if for some inexplicable reason, they made a move on us; it will be very good for our share price - will shoot pass 80 cents at least.
