I think a consolidation would be the last thing BRL would off wanted to do; If the company was booming and they decided to consolidate, shares would get a check and then recover, but with doing a consolidation when the share price is so low told me that the share price would head down and will struggle to move up until we get some positive court case news. the situation we are in tells me that the company is preparing for the court decision and regardless off the outcome will do a capital raise, it will be better to raise at 20/30 cents with a smaller number of shares on offer could attract a lot of interest, anyhow it's just my opinion Danny/22
