Cautious optimism perhaps? Once the pilot plant is producing, the technology is proven and the 20,000bbl plant is just a matter of time, money and environmental clearance.

Nobody seems to be suggesting there is a problem with the pilot plant itself, anyway. And there shouldn't be - the FT process is well-proven.




which begs the question however, why would anyone sell so close to the event? the SP fall is self fulfilling_because_people are selling.
