There is nothing wrong with FMS fundamentally, its just on the same playing field as "most" other stocks out there at the moment.
The playing field needed a facelift. So the caretakers are ripping up the grass, digging out the weeds and "waiting for the rain to stop" before they can lay the grass, so we can all play ball again.
The question at the moment is - How long is the rain going to hang around?
Everyone wants to play ball but the storm clouds keep hanging around & it keeps raining.
