The price can't go lower than .001 as that is the minimum allowed on the exchange. This is why DMNOA is not selling.

It cannot go below 0.1c ... there are quite a few stocks where the sellers go all the way down to 0.1c (DMNOA is still an example of this), and nobody is buying. When that happens you're basically stuck with the shares unless someone steps up on the buy side.

In some cases share consolidation can move the SP back up to tradeable prices when this happens. Although sometimes that just causes it to slide to even lower values.
