Given there are well over 400m shares on issue, holders need over 20m to constitute a substantial holding. Last years annual report showed only three - Sovereign Key, Queensland Investment Corp and Manifest Capital. Since then and prior to year end, we have seen "ceasing" notices from all three. The only new Substantial holder has been Orbis who have been accumulating until at least quite recently and possibly still are.

The only other holders who would be required to file a notice on sale of shares are the three directors with holdings.

However, it may be interesting to look at the top twenty holders list when the printed report is released (due by 2 November) as likely there will be other changes.
