Speaking of top twenty shareholders, "Billion Win Group" is an interesting name.
Reminds me of another - "Billion Win Enterprise Ltd" - a former subsidiary (currently being dissolved) of "Asia Time Corp", once listed on the NYSE as TYM and now reduced to the pinks (ATYM). Must be a story in that one, although little seems written about it. Reported near 75% revenue growth to $40m in third qtr (Sep 08), then failed to file an annual report and was struck off by the NYSE in April 2009.
Quite possible the two are unrelated. However, it is an example of how blatantly some listings have seemingly scammed the markets.
