Yak The problem for STO or anyone else is that as soon as an offer is made the shares will be sitting 10- 20% higher in the market so they will not be able to add to their 20% holding, anything sold on market will end up in the hands of Traders and Hedge Funds who have the patient to wait for the end game, so without Directors and Friends their chance of getting past 50% would be negligible.
