I will not be worried if company is paying whatever rent for actual commercial office. There is pattern of using shareholders money inappropriately by calling it Office Rent and may be using it personal purpose.

If what I am suspecting is correct than how can you trust company director to put shareholder interest first instead of their personal interest?

Just my views.

It seems the overwhelming majority of shareholders are perfectly happy with the current rental arrangement and are in the process of Investing More money with management because they have done such a fantastic job in creating such a promising company, in such a short time.

If your not happy with them just sell in a couple of weeks and then you wont have to worry about the good value rental deal we are getting
