If i had to guess the SP on open i would guess something like this....

We had 55% before suspension and Mkt Cap was $60 mil.

If it ever trades again (lol), it will have 100% of MCL.

so if 55% is $60mil mkt Cap then 100% would equal about $110 mil and to bring that back to a SP we have to divide the 3.3 billion shares.

Therefore the SP might come back at 3.3c  ( $110,000,000 divided by 3,300,000,000)

That would be my best guess.
