its not manipulation, its just market forces. The sellers are outweighing the buyers and pushing the price down.
Just supply and demand at work.

it was on a downtrend straight after that coup attempt and the ass fell out of it. plain and simple.
It needs to find a bottom, the selling stops, then establish a decent support price pattern and then work itself up from there.
Sometimes you need to take profits and wait and see what happens.
If you were unlucky and had bought around 2.20 you should have a stop loss in place and act on it. Don't subscribe to the idea that it will eventually come good. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't
