You are correct. A friend of mine who use to work for Patterson, told me that, that was the case. I remember posting his comments made to me in another forum sometime ago.

It sucks that they can do that, while the populace can't. Let's hope that, now that the SEC in the USA are investigating this practice after receiving many complaints, they will put a ban to it. The Feds in the USA are putting pressure on them to stop it altogether because it is considered manipulative at best.
