As far as I believe brokers dont pay brokerage but am not completely sure on that one, and even if the average trader wanted to keep the price down like this he couldn't. An unmarketable parcel is below $500 and I cant trade for any less than that. There are rules but the big guys seem to get away with anything they like! But wouldn't be too worried about whats happening here it a good sign imo!
