They must have interesting Board meetings, as one of the Directors was left over from the mining shell and if those assets are sold off, then he would have no need to stay around. On the other hand, mining is turning around and easier to raise funds for than technology at the moment.
They are going to need a cornerstone investor to underwrite the options. They made a song and dance about an Asian investor taking 5m shares at 3.5 cents and then we have heard no more.
