    I agree,

    just speaking with rubicon, GSA portfolio is up for sale, if it sells then it would clear all CRE debt.

    then they would review gearing and consider distributions.

    whether it is rerated to 50% of NTA would depend on what allco is doing and whether any proposed change of RE.

    Apparently GSA likely sale value is within tolerance levels but not book value.
