Many Minority holders had numerous options in their portfolio. You may recall that option subscription funds were used to keep NKP afloat.
Because the issue of the lapsed options will form part of negotiations with Zijin/NKP, possible litigation etc I am not prepared to disclose expectations nor action proposed on this open forum.
We will await legal advice when the time comes.
