There's 3.15 billion OZL shares....at $2.00 a share, that would value the company at $6.3 Billion...OZL are having difficulty refinancing $500M, and you're suggesting that someone may come in with a $6B takeover.

And $6B for what???

Let's say $2B for PH - absolute extreme!!
The ZFX assets - who would want them??
Martabe $300-$400M
Sepon $500-$600M
GG $200M

I would think that if an offer of $1 came in at this point, there would be plenty of acceptances.
