I am going with a SP of 16 - 20 cents , permit will come through and then they will release the updated drilling, which will drive it up harder....from my understanding everything is sitting on the back of a truck reading to go, just waiting on a green light....I reckon they will be camped out under a tent with a shovel ready to dig
