    I agree with your analysis.
    ST trading would be different as we have been seeing lots of speculative stocks skyrocking with "bad fundamentals". e.g. MJP.
    I wouldn't buy at 9c, but 3.3c is a good ST buy, IMO.
    No near future capital raising, would have a knee jerk bounce.
