My understanding is that this "battery" is in fact a capacitor. It doesn't use chemistry to store, charge and discharge. It is theoretically possible to recharge a capacitor in a very short time but there is no way of practically overcoming the laws of physics when it comes to puttinga charge in, whether it is a capacitor or a battery. There is no way of charging a graphene super capacitor with a power equivalent of a battery bank in a Tesla in 5, or even 60 minutes unless you have an immense power supply with a cable the thickness of your arm. It is simply not possible with a domestic power supply.
Do some research and stop believing in fairy tales.....
