We can speculate all we want but without funding none of it matters. First box to tick is funding - keep in mind it was delayed - i believe a poster commented they had spoken to Tony and he advised it was a minor technicality. So if that is correct looking good.
Then the next step is some actual numbers around the CAPEX needed for the project to get this back on track in the eyes of the market.
Come on PLV i really want to see some gains.
