Carbon tax is unlikely to do much, if anything for the environment. In any case carbon dioxide is a harmless gass and it is not carbon monoxide as poor Justis was trying to allude recently.

Australia doesn't need this tax especially in these fragile economic times.

Businesses going bust and people losing their jobs is NOT the time for a broad tax like this, imo.
