Given that they're likley about to raise funds at around "80% of the volume weighted average market price"... I cant imagine many buyers being too keen right at this moment.

Personally I hope they can secure some debt finance (would be good to lock in some sort of offtake anytime soon). The last placement was certainly pitched as a 'last time we need to throw the hat around' type arrangement.... And even though this round would be to finance what looks like a good investment in ACG... They've been saying for a very long time now they wont need to go back to marker to raise any more funds. I'd be keen if the last placement was indeed... the last (not including a JV partner).
