    Holding?? 1.6 range would imply holding. This keeps getting dumped anytime it sees green.

    It’s trading at near lows after having accomplished everything it has to date. Past management may not have been ideal in their efforts but current management are seemingly no better.

    Same bark...different fleas. All imo.
