Hi Namvo, I say this genuinely as I am both impressed and interested in the information that you're digging up on NCA.

What I am struggling with, and I would like your perspective on this, is why you are linking the finer points of the NCA issue so heavily to JAT. Now don't get me wrong, I understand fully that NCA were the planned route for GK to proceed with CFDA as their manufacturer. That is all clear. I also fully agree that JAT should have been on the front foot reporting the issue, I've made multiple similar comments reflecting the same.

What I don't get is the expectation, or at least the implication, that it is JAT's responsibility to report all of this information to the public. It is a separate company and therefore a separate legal entity isn't it? JAT is not obliged, so far as I understand, to report, speculate, intimate or otherwise imply anything relating to NCA other than as directly relates to its own contracts with them. Further I believe JAT, or any other company, could face some legal backlash if it were to report in such a manner.

So in short, yes I agree with you that NCA is an issue. I am just not understanding tarring JAT with the same brush to any further extent than managing their own liabilities. I would genuinely appreciate it if you could help me clarify what I'm missing here....
