Thanks ECkQuity. I hope it will be $3.30 or more by Dec 16 based on its value fundamentals. Given its Div yield is in top quaderent among stable businesses including banks and seasonal increase in earning during second half of the years will weigh toward this figure. The only caveat is market need to behave normal and sky doesn't fall, the GEM SP will be able to handle the Shorters (in fact they will be pushing the price up to cover it) . If it didn't turn out that way then I am happy with 10% yield (unfranked). Win!Win..
