BTW, I'm only a relatively new investor in this company. I got hit hard entering just after Brexit and lived through the sharp fall in Aug 2016 so this company has me on edge for these 2 reasons:
(1) The long-term debt position and how they intend to address it (they may have released a strategy but I must have missed it)
(2) Transparency around occupancy
I've read that people believe occupancy levels rise in the back half of the calendar year. So if they release the numbers at their next update it could give us an upside in SP.
