Im looking at the depth on the sell side for $0.026 at the moment. There are about 30 orders for 18,419, obviously the same person. I noticed last night during the pre-open that this person did the same thing trying to manipulate the price down just before close. At 4.09pm they cancelled the orders and sure enough the closing price was at .026, instead of .027.
The question I want to ask is, is it legal to manipulate the price in this way? and if not, who do you contact to report clear price manipulation like this?
