Someone put 7mil shares for sale at 7.5c. They are clearly stacking up the sale side trying to push the price down by creating an impression that selling side is increasing. It's actually been decreasing, and if you take out couple of these silly sell orders, the buy side is much bigger then the sell side. This is obvious price manipulation either by some shorters or by someone try to buy more VIL shares on the cheap.
