From observations and threads lots of rules being broken all the time for so long. It's as if the regulators have no teeth or interest. Surely, Its costing companies money and investors money. I've seen quite indepth listed complaints as being sent to ASIC and the reply is they cannot make replies or actions public. It must come that a Class Action will eventuate here. There is currently an enquiry on high frequency trading being held in the USA. Just my thoughts.
