    I give you my thumbs up for taking the time to lodge your complaints.It sounds like a generic response from a customer service consultant typically the lower end of the food chain, merely to much effort for a Friday afternoon and possibly to busy on Youtube or Facebook to follow it up.

    What other path can you take up with this do you think?
