Yeah while the other nickel miners (MCR,IGO,SMY and others) struggle, JBM keeps on performing. A while back there was a strong correlation between JBM and the others but JBM seems to have broken this. A very good company.

What is your view on these smaller nickel companies?

Hi it was the same between JBM & WMR.

They got a bid from Xstrata & left JBM behind. Before that JBM was outperforming WMR.

If Nickel producers such as WMR & JBM continue to do well the others will follow to some extent.

Downturns are another story.

WMR held the best during last years downturn in the sector & JBM was a close 2nd. The others got hurt pretty bad & are yet to recover to the same levels.

Some stocks are better for trading & others better for investment.
